Russian producers saw a significant increase in the production of cereals and pasta in January 2025, with cereal production up by 10.2% from the previous year at 151 thousand tons, and pasta production increasing by 8.3% to 120 thousand tons. This growth is attributed to rising domestic consumption and the expansion of exports, particularly in the pasta sector which experienced a 10% increase last year.
