Description | Orecchiette is a traditional type of pasta from southern Italy. This specialty celebrates the Italian flag by using dehydrated spinach, tomatoes and red chard in the dough. Traditionally ideal to be enjoyed with turnip greens or with tomato sauce and oregano. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated tomato (2%), dehydrated spinach (2%), dehydrated red beet (0.3%), water. Contains gluten. Cooking time: 15/18 minutes. |
