Description | Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Extra virgin olive oil made with oils from the Arbequina, Picual and Hojiblanca varieties - Maximum acidity: 0.4 - Formats: 5 L, 3 L and 1 L PET bottle, box of 10 ml sachets. Gourmet GOTAS DE ABRIL. - A blend of premium extra virgin olive oil using the Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Frantoio varieties. - Very fruity and highly fragrant. - Characteristically sweet notes of green grass with a bitter, spicy aftertaste. - Maximum acidity: 0.2 | 500 ml glass bottle. AOURIS. - Condiment based on premium extra virgin olive oil and a food additive. Fruity with an intense aroma of fresh grass, and a sweet flavour with a hint of apple. - Maximum acidity: 0.3 | 200 ml glass bottle Premium Selection - A blend of Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Picual varieties in different proportions. - Maximum acidity: 0.3 - Formats: 1 L tough opaque PET container, 750, 500 or 250 ml opaque glass container, (pursuant to the Royal Decree prohibiting refillable oil bottles in the hotel and catering sector), and 5 L, 3 L and 1 L canned format. Organic - Free from all chemical products during cultivation - Maximum acidity: 0.4 - Formats: Rigid 1 L PET container and 250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml and 1 L glass bottle. Labelled in Galician or Castilian Spanish on request. Monovariety PICUAL: Extra virgin olive oil made from Picual variety olives, highly resistant to rancidity for more than 120 hours, and has a medium-high vitamin E content. ARBEQUINA: Extra virgin olive oil made using Arbequina olives, has a medium vitamin E content, and a medium-low resistance to rancidity of 41.6 hours. A very fruity oil with hints of green grass, hardly any bitterness or spice and with a sweet flavor. HOJIBLANCA: Extra virgin olive oil made using Hojiblanca variety olives. Low fat content, high vitamin E content and a medium resistance to rancidity of 51.8 hours. Fruity, with slight hints of apple. Grassy green in color, slightly bitter, although sometimes spicy and sweet. - Maximum acidity (all varieties): 0.3 / Formats: Rigid 1 L PET container and 500 ml glass bottle. |
