| Description | The Botrytis Cinerea grapes are sorted several times manually and are then gently pressed on a horizontal press. The juice is racked into tanks where the alcoholic fermentation is completed and stopped naturally with thermoregulated tanks. he wine is aged in tanks for one year. This wine is bottled under a highly supervised bottling process: sterilised filtration with a sterilised bottling line. Yellow gold color. The nose is on jammy white citrus and yuzu fruits and toasty notes. The palate is rich and round with intense white fruits notes. Smooth finish and roundness given by the French oak barrel |
