REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Minister of Agriculture, Andi Amran Sulaiman, emphasized the importance of strict oversight to ensure the Food Supply and Price Stabilization (SPHP) rice program reaches its intended target. The SPHP rice program was launched last weekend. Amran asked Bulog to be cautious. He stressed that the distribution process must truly reach consumers in need.
