In southern and eastern Ukraine, the weather remains quite dry, which reduces the potential of the sunflower and corn harvest and hinders the sowing of winter rapeseed, commented experts at the Ukrainian branch of the French company for the trade and transport of agricultural products GrainTrade. As of September 1, 377,000 hectares of winter rapeseed were sown in Ukraine, which is 33.8% of the planned 1.114 million hectares, they specified without indicating the source of the information.
