Tangerang City DKP together with KWT Mothers Organizes Mango Processing Training

Panennews.com - Fruit processing has traditionally not been widely transformed into various processed products, especially mangoes, which are mainly consumed as they are. However, this is something that the Food Security Service (DKP) of Tangerang City, along with the Farmers' Women's Group Forum (KWT) of Tangerang City, wants to improve. Therefore, a food processing training with mango as the main ingredient was held. The training was attended by around 30 participants from KWT in the districts of Pinang, Karang Tengah, and Ciledug. “At KWT Wijaya Kusuma, we held a food processing activity focusing on mangoes, (bringing in) resource persons from the Bogor Agricultural Research Institute who provided knowledge about mango processing.
