We are located in south-eastern Sicily about 250 meters above sea level from the sea where our centuries-old olive trees and new plantings cover the hills together with carob, almond and vine trees. Our RESICULO in the kitchen, more than a condiment, can be considered a real food. An oil that stands out for its bright green color, with an intense fruity aroma. On the palate, RESICULO Tonda Iblea confirms its intense fruitiness, it has an excellent balance between bitter and spicy, ideal on substantial first courses, meats, fish and legumes, enhancing Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
