Description	Assolatio is a intense ruby red wine, with intense aroma characterised by flavour full and persistent with pleasant notes of underwood's red fruits. Its flavour is very structured with sweet tannins, obtained from red vines located on Cerreto Guidi’s hills (Florence)/Tuscany, on 200/300 metres above sea level with sun exposure all day long, from dawn to sunset.
