Peruvian agricultural exports (traditional and non-traditional) totaled $1.314 billion in January 2025, representing a 23.3% increase compared to the same month in 2024 ($1.066 billion), reported the Agricultural Exports Department of the Association of Exporters (ADEX). It is worth noting that last January (23.3%) marked the ninth consecutive month of growth, maintaining a positive double-digit trend since May 2024 (17.5%). The highest rates were in July 2024 (52.8%), June 2024 (39.7%), and September 2024 (38.9%). These shipments reached 102 countries. The U.S. remained the leading exporter with a 45.3% share and a value of $594,696,000, representing a 31.3% increase compared to 2024 ($452,827,000). The Netherlands followed ($146 million), Mexico ($91 million), Spain ($63 million), and Canada ($33 million). Rounding out the top ten were the United Kingdom, Ecuador, Chile, Hong Kong, and Germany.
