Govt allows export of 1 million tons sugar in ongoing 2024-25 season

The Indian government has approved the export of 1 million tonnes of sugar in the 2024-25 season, ending September, to ensure price stability, support five crore farmer families, five lakh workers, and strengthen the sugar sector.
