According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Dagestan, in the processing sector, the farm "Barakat" is implementing an investment project to create facilities for the slaughter of cattle at a cost of 350 million rubles. Another enterprise, LLC "Dagfruit," intends to implement a project for the processing of 8 thousand tons of raw materials at a cost of 200 million rubles. The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of Dagestan, Shamil Ramazanov, emphasized that the implemented investment projects are strategically important for the economy of the region and contribute to ensuring food security for the entire Russia.
