A number of workers in the agricultural sector and exporters confirmed that there are 16 crops that Egypt is counting on to achieve a significant increase in exports during the coming period, namely potatoes, grapes, onions, pomegranates, mangoes, strawberries, citrus fruits, tomatoes, guava, green and dry beans, apricots, plums, cucumbers, leafy crops, medicinal and aromatic plants. They added that there are many markets that represent a major source of access to Egyptian crops, led by China, India, South Asian countries, and Latin America. African countries are also promising markets, in addition to the traditional markets in the old continent and the Gulf region.
