Wholesale Virgin Olive Oil Price in Croatia Falls 15% WoW to $6.97/Kg

The Tridge wholesale virgin olive oil price in Croatia has continued its downward trend established at the end of March weighed down by losses in crude oil and other vegetable oils. The Croatian virgin olive oil traded down 15% WoW to finish at $6.97/kg.
The wholesale price of fresh zucchini in Spain declined 18.5% WoW down to USD 0.44/kg in W3 of April 2023. Fresh zucchini prices' recent ups and downs disrupted a relatively stable trend in W2 of March 2023 at USD 0.47/kg. At the beginning of April, nice weather favored fresh zucchini production, increasing supplies which was the main reason for the price drop. The situation is similar for zucchini production in other EU countries, contributing to the overall abundant supply. Given the relatively flat price trend and stable quantities of fresh zucchini, expectations are that the price will continue to levitate around current lows.
