Khanh Hoa province is a leader, with its state-owned Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company managing numerous islands and caves. Kien Giang province also contributes significantly, with over 3,000 swiftlet houses. Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on Can Gio district, aims to establish a city-specific brand and collaborate with the Vietnam Bird's Nest Association for a national brand and festival. Korean interest is high, with suggestions to combine bird's nest with Korean ginseng to create high-value products for global markets. Government support through policies and initiatives further bolsters the industry's growth.
