- A cooperative of working members founded in 1996 in Contrada Selva Piana agro di Montescaglioso, Province of Matera, with the intention of promoting products on national and foreign markets. - Main products offered are fennel, cauliflower, pepper, strawberry, melon, and watermelon. - Directly supervises cultivation across all phases, from production to processing. - Operates a 1,600 m² factory with 3 cold rooms (of 350 m² in total) used for refrigeration and storage of products. - Focused on both the Italian and international markets.
