- A small group of competent and experienced farmers linked together in 2017 with passion and ideas to create a controlled and sustainable food chain. - Specializes in the production of flours, cereals, rye, and maize flour. - Farmers included in the project are required to own a cattle and pig farm to gain manure, the best 100% natural fertilizer, for a circular and sustainable food chain. - Shares the values and principles of healthy agriculture, respectful of natural pace and rhythms.
