The story of MAGLIO Company began in 1875, when Antonio Maglio started a small confectionary business in the town of Maglie. We select the best and highest cocoa beans all over the world and all cocoa processing is under controlled by us.
HIGH QUALITY, TRADITION, INNOVATION, RESEARCH
First of all, MAGLIO chocolate is HIGH QUALITY for the best and highest quality selection of raw materials (cocoa beans, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, wholnuts, assorted fruits). Then, MAGLIO is TRADITION: we still produce chocolate using the ancient recipes handing down from generation to generation. Lastly, MAGLIO is INNOVATION and RESEARCH: from generation the inventiveness and continues research have carried forward MAGLIO history by inventing new recipes and expanding the range of products. We are very care to market demands regarding the new trend of chocolate consumption.
SUSTAINABLE WAYS AND ENVIRONMENT RESPECT
We produce our chocolate using sustainable ways enhancing the small local cocoa farmers. Starting several years, MAGLIO has lanched sustainable grown cocoa project direclty into plantation, involving the community of cocoa farmer live there. We are very careful to enrironment and air pollution. We use energy power and mostly of our packaging are made with recycled materials.
