- One of the most famous farms in Rügen founded in 1995, managing about 450 ha of land, including 414 ha of arable land in the idyllic west of the island. - Focused entirely on growing rapeseed, cereals, potatoes, asparagus, as well as pigs bred for direct marketing. - Later opened the farm to guests, offering not only accommodation and original Rügen products but a selection of regional and seasonal food prepared fresh daily. - Stocks the farm shop with the best products found in the fields of the island of Rügen including asparagus, selected tea, wine varieties, ham, and sausage. - Supplies restaurants and hotels with asparagus and potatoes from the fields when the harvest season starts.
