King of Truffles (KoT) was established in 2011 to operate in the sector of harvesting and marketing fresh and processed truffles. It is a Molise-based company, located in the Province of Isernia (an area renowned for truffles), with an operational office also in Florence. KoT's core business is the marketing of processed truffle-based products in the "luxury food" sector. Starting from 2022, the company will transition from a commercial company to a transformation company. King of Truffles has a "new home" in the municipality of Macchia d'Isernia (IS), 1,200 square meters completely immersed in nature, among olive trees and almond trees. Born with the idea of surpassing the concept of a factory by putting user experience at the center. Strategic location, very close to the main road hub, to Naples, Rome, and Pescara and their airports. We gather the best truffles from Molise, Abruzzo, and in general all the raw materials from the Italian regions renowned for them.
Technology and Innovation
Advanced machinery for the completion of the production process, allowing for large-scale processing with precision and accuracy. From the combination of "man-machine", the result consists of a production that starts from craftsmanship, continues thanks to innovative machinery, and ends still with a precise hand with the utmost attention to the final result: Excellence.
Industry 4.0
After years of experience in the fresh product trade, the King of Truffles has decided to open a plant dedicated to the production of preserved products to allow the use of this noble condiment throughout the year. The new 1,300 square meter plant is equipped with innovative machinery, designed to meet massive production demands and satisfy even the most demanding customers. Preserved products are made within 24 hours of harvest and focus on the purity of the truffle, with a complete absence of artificial colors and preservatives. The corporate vision is oriented towards continuous improvement, seen as an integral part of the business. In this direction, King of Truffles has planned interventions for development that are always compatible with the best protection of workers’ health, the environment, and consumers.
