- A farmer, processor and exporter of fish products, established in 1993. - Produces a wide range of trout products: fresh, frozen rainbow trout, fresh, frozen Japanese yellow trout, canned trout in tomato sauce, marinated trout fillet. - The total area of the trout farm is 40 ha, includes hatcheries and fish farm complex with a production capacity of 300 MT/year of rainbow trout, located in the second largest karst spring in the country. - Has a fish processing and storage workshop, which includes a 500 m² production space. - Exports mainly to Romania and Russia and expects to expand sales in new markets. - Products are widely known in the Bulgarian market and abroad.
