- A privately agricultural seed company whose head office is situated in Howick, a small town 100 km from the port of Durban, just off the main highway to Johannesburg. - Has three factories for seed processing located in Harrismith, Potchefstroom (where there is also a Research and Development team) and Mooi River in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. - A member of SANSOR (South African National Seed Organization). - Handles an extensive range of seed from pasture and forage seed to hybrid maize and sunflower seed. - Has also developed varieties that have been bred by the Agricultural Research Council (ARC), Nelson Genetics’ Dr. Sydney Nelson, and many others. - Processes a wide range of seed for agricultural purposes, sourced from registered growers countrywide. Seed, produced in Africa, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand, is imported and exported to over 30 countries worldwide.
