After years of meticulous research and refinement, Applease Korea succeeded in creating distinctive apple wines and derivative liquors that reflect both tradition and innovation. By using only Uiseong-grown apples, the company not only ensures premium quality, but also supports local farms and promotes regional sustainability. Every year, Applease Korea sources fresh apples grown in Uiseong to produce its base apple wine. This wine is aged in traditional Korean earthenware (onggi), a process that smooths the harshness of alcohol, enhances natural sweetness, and creates a refined, clean finish.
Diverse Lineup Of Traditional Apple-Based Alcoholic Beverages
Using this high-quality base wine, the company has developed a diverse lineup of traditional apple-based liquors including brandy (Calvados-style), cider, wine, fruit wine, and liqueurs.
