The largest chestnut production zone in Portugal, Terra Fria ("Cold Land") of Tras-os-Montes, is home to innumerable chestnut trees that Alcino Nunes & Irmo works to turn and commercialize into high-quality chestnuts.

For thirty years, Alcino Nunes & Irmo has offered fresh chestnuts, and for seven years, frozen chestnuts. Up to 5,000,000 kg are produced annually. Our daily end product output averages 25,000 kg.
