| Additional details | RFQ – Injection Mold Quotation Request Dear Supplier, We are currently looking for a reliable mold manufacturer to support two of our products: Wallbox and Ultraflex. Each product consists of approximately two plastic components (details available in the attached 3D files). The provided 3D models are scanned versions of the actual production parts, and reference photos are also included. Our intention is to purchase the molds only and then run the mass production locally in Brazil with a trusted injection partner. Therefore, we kindly request a quotation based on the information below. Products: 1. Wallbox – approx. 2 parts Material Requirements (for both products): - Material: ABS + PC Alloy - Color: Black - Protection Rating: IP66 - Impact Resistance: IK10 - Operating Temperature: -25°C ~ +55°C - Properties: ✔ Heat-resistant and flame-retardant ✔ Resistant to UV radiation, salt spray, oils, and chemical exposure ✔ Made with safe and environmentally friendly materials compliant with RoHS Production & Mold Requirements: Estimated production volume: 100,000 parts per year Expected mold lifetime: Minimum 300,000 shots/cycles Mold type: hot runner Mold base standard: (e.g., HASCO, DME, LKM – supplier to propose) Steel specification: Please recommend suitable steel based on lifetime Cooling system: Optimized for cycle time Ejection system: To be defined by supplier DFM review required: Yes, DFM must be provided before mold fabrication Texture/Surface finish options: Glossy or matte (please quote separately) Quotation Information Requested (per part/mold): 1. Unit price of the mold (for each product and each component) 2. Estimated lead time for mold fabrication 3. Available surface finishing options (Glossy / Matte) 4.
