Mix well without lump formation. Boil the mix for 5 mins and reduce the burner level to simmer. Hold it for 5 minutes without stirring or until it reaches setting point of 1040C at low flame. Allow the jam mix to cool. Transfer the mix to sterilized container. Storage : Exhibits excellent stability when stored in closed container under cool and dry ventilated place. Avoid direct sun light. Packing : Available in 25Kgs net weight paper bags with moisture proof line inside.
