Fresh garlic prices fell 30% month-on-month (MoM) in Mar-25, dropping to USD 495 (EGP 25,000 per ton) from USD 790 (EGP 40,000 per ton) in Jan-25. The decline resulted from a surge in production and lower consumer demand, pushing prices downward as supply outpaced market needs.
