The sowing of winter crops in the southern regions of Russia did not suffer significantly from return frosts and heavy rains that were observed in April and May. This was reported by the Rosselkhoztsentr, as reported by TASS. The organization noted that their condition is currently assessed as good and satisfactory overall.
