Vitomega has been appointed as the distributor of the colostrum management system ColoQuick in the Netherlands and Belgium as of June 1, 2026. With this collaboration, the company is expanding its offerings for dairy farmers. ColoQuick has been developed for storing, managing, and feeding colostrum to newborn calves. According to the companies involved, the system aligns with the importance of timely and qualitative colostrum supply, a significant factor for the resistance of young calves. The ColoQuick system was developed in 2009 by Brian Pedersen. According to Calvex, the system is now applied on a large part of Danish dairy farms. As such, it has become one of the used systems for colostrum management in Denmark.
