Sour cream production increased by 29.6% in Voronezh Region

The article reports on a significant increase in the production of various agricultural products in the Voronezh Region, Russia, between January and February 2025, compared to the same period in 2024. Over the two months, 27.4 thousand tons of meat, meat-containing, chilled and frozen semi-finished products were produced - this is 17.5% more than a year earlier. The production volume of fresh, cooled or chilled pork amounted to 21.8 thousand tons, sausages - 1.9 thousand tons, fresh, cooled or chilled beef (beef and veal) - 1.3 thousand tons.
