Review of producer prices for agricultural products in the Ivanovo region

The article provides an overview of the average prices for various agricultural products in the Ivanovo region of Russia, as monitored by the Ministry of Agriculture on March 19. The prices include pasteurized milk, bread, raw milk, dairy products, eggs, pork, chicken meat, and vegetables like white cabbage, table beets, potatoes, and carrots. Additionally, the cost of wheat flour and different types of bread was also highlighted. The price monitoring is conducted among large and medium-sized agricultural producers and processing enterprises in the region.

On March 19, pasteurized milk with 3.2% fat content was sold at an average of 47.13 rubles/kg, bread made from wheat flour — 81.31 rubles/kg According to departmental monitoring data from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on March 19, raw cow's milk of the highest grade was sold by agricultural producers in the Ivanovo region at an average of 43.09 rubles/kg. The average price of processing plants for pasteurized milk with 3.2% fat content was 47.13 rubles/kg, butter with 72.5% and 82.5% fat content — 755.82 and 861.60 rubles/kg, respectively, cheeses — 665.16 rubles/kg. Ten chicken eggs of the first category were sold by producers on average for 65.83 rubles, of the second category — for 52.48 rubles. Pork in the wholesale segment cost on average 205.00 rubles/kg, chicken meat — 166.79 rubles/kg.
