Polish milk has flooded the market: imports of fresh dairy products into Ukraine are growing rapidly

Ukraine has experienced a significant 55% increase in imports of fresh dairy products in January compared to the same period last year, primarily due to the import of several hundred tons of cheap milk from Poland, which now accounts for 60% of total imports. Despite these imports, domestic market prices have stabilized but remain high. Analysts suggest reducing prices, especially for sour cream and cottage cheese, to stimulate sales.
