Panennews.com - The Ministry of Forestry is opening the National Mangrove Festival (Mangrofest) 2026 in Nusantara, East Kalimantan, as an effort to strengthen cross-sectoral collaboration in accelerating mangrove rehabilitation. This step is aimed at enhancing the resilience of coastal areas against the impacts of climate change while also promoting the welfare of the community. Secretary of the Directorate General of Watershed Management and Forest Rehabilitation (PDASRH), Muhammad Zainal Arifin, said that the success of mangrove rehabilitation can only be achieved through synergy from all stakeholders.
