The Rural Agrarian Productive Development Program – Agro Rural, will carry out the installation of 66,396 kilos of grass seeds in 1,060 hectares in the Junín region, to provide feed to the livestock of rural families, which will allow increasing agricultural production and improving their economic income. To date, the Agro Rural Zonal Unit, through its zonal offices in Chupaca – Huancayo, Concepción – Jauja and Tarma – Yauli – Junín, are delivering grass seeds to the agricultural producer organizations of 14 districts in seven provinces of the region. The seeds distributed include 52,500 kg of forage oats, 1,075 kg of English rye grass, 3,825 kg of Italian rye grass, 1,472 kg of white clover, 692 kg of red clover, 6,532 kg of Dactylis glomerata and 380 kg of alfalfa.
