Fungi attacking soybean seeds were the focus of the Cooperative Network Trials for the 2024-25 crop season. Solutions such as Tiofanil® and Torino®, from Sipcam Nichino, showed high efficacy in controlling five harmful pathogens in areas of Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Paraná, and Rio Grande do Sul. According to Bruno Monção, marketing manager of the company, the fungicides achieved up to 93% control, surpassing most of the standard treatments. "The data placed the fungicides, overall, ahead of almost all the so-called standard treatments, compared," he comments.
