Expansion of seafood exports in Gyeongbuk: 'Green light'

Gyeongbuk Province, along with six small and medium-sized seafood processing companies, participated in the 'Seafood Expo Global 2026' held from April 21 to 23 at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via exhibition center in Barcelona, Spain. This event, the largest seafood exhibition in the world, was part of the 'Gyeongbuk Marine Fisheries Start-up Investment Support Project' aimed at promoting regional high-quality seafood products and securing substantial export channels by gathering buyers from around the world, beyond the Asian market. During the exhibition, Gyeongbuk Province operated a joint pavilion named 'K-Food Gyeongbuk Seafood Products'.
