Establishing a Record of 100 Delicious Dishes from Rice and Noodles at the Vietnamese Rice Thread Festival

The Vietnamese Rice Noodle Festival will take place from November 20-23, 2025, at the 23/9 Park, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Here, a record of 100 delicious rice noodle and vermicelli dishes will be established.

The Organizing Committee will hold the first Vietnamese Rice Noodle Festival 2025 with the theme "Delights from Noodles" gathering many delicious dishes from the Northern, Central, Southeast, Mekong Delta regions, and Ho Chi Minh City. The event is expected to attract 100,000 visitors to explore and enjoy rice noodle and bun dishes. As of now, there are 96 booths registered to participate. At the festival, there will be many exciting activities such as a check-in space with a foot-operated mill and three 80 cm diameter rice noodle bowls, including pho, bun mam, and bun bo Hue; a traditional craft space with performances of making silk noodles and traditional bun-making...; a culinary experience space with many booths featuring incredibly attractive dishes such as Hanoi bun cha, bun cha fish, bun bo Hue, snail noodles, bun rieu, bun mam, northern pho, bun cakes, silk noodles...
