Container trucks and cars fell into a ravine following an accident on the Bao Loc Pass.

The container truck swerved sharply onto the opposite lane, collided with three other vehicles in succession, and then plunged into a ravine along with a five-seater car, causing a lengthy traffic jam on Bao Loc Pass this morning.

A container truck carrying tens of tons of potatoes was traveling on National Highway 20 from Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh City at around 8:00 PM on June 20. While descending Bao Loc Pass at a curve in the section passing through Da Huoai 2 Commune, the truck suddenly veered into the opposite lane, colliding with two cars and one truck. The container truck fell approximately 30 meters down and was stopped by large trees; the car was 15 meters from the edge of the ravine. The other vehicles were damaged, and many meters of the guardrail along National Highway 20 were knocked down.
