Cereals and tea have become cheaper in Buryatia

The article reports a decrease in prices for various food items in the Republic of Buryatia over the week from February 3 to 10. Prices for tea, buckwheat, chicken, beef, sausages, hard, semi-hard, and soft cheeses, carrots, and onions saw a decrease by up to 3.2%. However, pork, lamb, dairy products like ultra-pasteurized milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, butter, and some fruits, vegetables, and grain products became more expensive. Additionally, the costs for canned foods, frozen whole fish, salt, margarine, sunflower oil, chicken eggs, sugar, and cookies also increased or decreased slightly.

Over the week, tea fell in price by 3.2%, buckwheat by 2.3% According to Buryatstat, from February 3 to 10 in the Republic of Buryatia, average consumer prices for chilled and frozen chicken decreased by 1.1% (to RUB 317.08/kg), beef by 0.5% (to RUB 532.89/kg), sausages and frankfurters by 0.3% (to RUB 595.76/kg). Pork cost an average of RUB 355.06/kg, lamb — RUB 751.06/kg, semi-smoked and cooked-smoked sausage — RUB 708.06/kg, cooked sausage — RUB 528.65/kg. Prices for dairy products were as follows: whole pasteurized milk 2.5-3.2% fat — 110.75 rubles/l, ultra-pasteurized milk — 146.23 rubles/l, sour cream — 470.58 rubles/kg, cottage cheese — 538.42 rubles/kg, butter — 1,424.81 rubles/kg. The cost of hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses decreased slightly (by 0.2% — to 1,073.09 rubles/kg).
