Peru: Canned vegetable exports total US$ 33.6 million until July

From January to July this year, Peru exported 13.5 million kilos of canned vegetables valued at $33.6 million, with the United States receiving 68% of these exports. Other key markets included Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Italy. The top exporting companies were Danper Trujillo, Viru, Alsur Perú, Ecosac Agrícola, and Gandules.

According to this source, the main destination of these shipments was the United States, where shipments amounted to US$ 23,008,632 (68% of total shipments).
