This year, the number of items subject to crop disaster insurance has increased to 76. Coverage for natural disasters such as apple anthracnose and damage from insufficient sunlight will be strengthened, and the discount/surcharge section will be subdivided to improve the insurance premium rate. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs has reorganized crop disaster insurance based on these contents in order to strengthen support for stable farm management, and began selling it through NH Nonghyup Property & Casualty Insurance, regional agricultural and livestock cooperatives, and product agricultural cooperatives from the 3rd.
